• A 1 minute introduction (at your facility) of UPI and review of your energy patterns including one summer and one winter electric, gas and water bill along with:
• A 15-minute tour of the facility you would like considered and/or a discussion with someone who knows the facility very well including its energy connected loads.

By performing this quick analysis, Utility Partners has been able to identify savings for most Customers. The projects can be free to implement since in some cases only Utility Partners administrative time is required. Capital projects that have an attractive ROI will be presented to you with options for financing the project through long-term savings

***   A quick example would be the installation and maintenance of a propane-air back-up system to take full advantage of natural gas utility rate structures.  UPI can provide installation for you and, if you like, fund the entire project out of  the savings, with no up-front cost to you!
